OBITUARY
David Nicholas Ziilch unexpectedly passed away on Sept 19, 2024 at his home in Redlands. He was 77. A fourth generation Redlander, He was born on May 20 1947 in Redlands and graduated from RHS in 1965. He joined the Air Force shortly after. He was a CPA and maintained his own accounting firm for many years. He volunteered his time to various local organizations and was a member of the Optomist Club and treasurer of the YMCA. He is survived by his sister Barbara Ziilch Stahr of Napa, and his four children, Ashley, Tanner, Tyler and Blakely, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Ziilch Weed, and his parents Charles and Dorothy Ziilch. He loved his family unconditionally. He had an incredible sense of humor, immense intelligence, a passion for helping people, and a great love of the beach. He will be missed. Details for a celebration of life at a later date.
