Jim was born in Redlands Ca to James and Dorothy Ballard.
He is survived by his son, Don Ballard, his daughter Heather (Jeff) Sutton. His grandchildren Jagar Ballard, Madison, Halle and London Sutton.
A Memorial service will be held at Big Valley Community Church 4040 Tully Rd. in Modesto on Wednesday March 9th at 11am.
